Your orders will be delivered to courier within 1-7 business days after bank approval.
Depending on the distance from the delivery address, the courier company we work with will deliver your order within 1-7 days. Delivery times of special production products vary according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products will be discussed separately, and your approval will be obtained.
In the event of a mishap caused by us, you will be informed through the preferred communication channels based on your membership information. That is why membership is complete and accurate information is important.
Delivery can not done on weekends and feast days
All the products you choose are sent by our contracted courier companies (Yurtiçi Kargo).
You will be notified by a confirmation e-mail once your order is completed.
If any of the products you have chosen is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you, and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.
Even though it is rare, it is possible for the consumer to buy the same product and the product may run out of stock. In this situation, If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made by the consumer will be returned. Refund is 7 to 15 working days. If the payment refunds are on your credit card, the refund process is reflected by your bank according to the account cut-off date of your credit card.
