There is a time period in which all beauty products should be used. This; It is shown with the symbol PAO (Period After Opening, that is, the shelf life after opening), which shows the time we can use the product after opening it. The symbol consists of a number and the letter “M” in an open jar shape. If “6M” is written inside the jar symbol, it indicates that this product should be consumed within six months after opening.

At LA FANN, we closely monitor our products by date of manufacture to ensure the best possible quality for our customers.

At LA FANN we do not use products of animal origin.Also we do not test on animals.

Our fragrances are born from the core of carefully selected natural essences. We stay away from synthetic components and allergens.

We avoid all ingredients that could potentially have a negative impact on the environment and our health, including animal-derived ingredients. We do not test products, active ingredients, or raw materials on animals at any point in the product development or manufacturing process. With our responsible sourcing policy, we prefer suppliers that do not perform these tests.

“Natural” means products that grow untouched in their environment. Products grown in nature are products that do not contain chemicals, whose growth stage is not constantly controlled and that grows on their own. However, depending on the area in which these plants grow, some chemicals may affect them.

“Organic” are products that are controlled at every stage from the day they are planted to the consumption of the user, they do not contain any chemicals and have the Ministry of Health certificate. Even the growers, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides used in the fields that produce organic products are approved and certified by the Ministry of Agriculture. Organic cosmetic products do not contain silicone, mineral oil, colorants or similar chemicals.

Most of our products do not contain gluten in direct form. As a precautionary measure, we recommend that people with severe allergies and intolerances do not use cosmetics that may contain them.

You can distinguish gluten-containing products by looking at the ingredient list on the product packaging or on the website. If you are concerned about traces of gluten, we recommend that you consult your doctor about the severity of your reaction.

We use natural ingredients and essential oils in our formulas. Essential oils are real plant concentrates and active ingredients with strong skin penetration power. Therefore, as a precaution, we do not recommend its use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

As a brand that values natural ingredients, paraben etc. We do not use preservatives. Products such as pure essential oils and massage oils do not require any preservatives. We prefer natural rosemary oil as a preservative in our bath products.

As a brand that works with sensitivity to protect nature and people; We are constantly researching new and innovative ways to use preservatives at lower doses than permitted in all countries or to remove them completely from our formulas.

We offer a carefully prepared gift service for you and your loved ones. Our gift-wrapping service is free. At the order stage, you can write us your gift package request and the gift message you want to add.

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 2-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be delivered to the cargo within 2-5 working days from the first working day. All your orders are delivered to you by “Yurtiçi Kargo”. Estimated delivery time varies depending on your address.

If you would like products to be shipped to separate Turkish addresses, please place a separate order for each address. A separate delivery fee will be charged for each address.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of Türkiye.

All your transactions at the order stage are completed on a secure server. Your bank/credit card number is encrypted. All information regarding the payment process, including credit card information, is not stored on our site after your payment has been processed, unless you authorize us to do so.
